Dennis has a track record for building loyal, high performance teams that consistently achieve aggressive revenue, growth and profitability targets.  He has guided over ten companies to profitability across multiple segments of the technology industry including hardware/software manufacturers, value added resellers (VARS), service providers, and professional service organizations.   As Executive Vice President (EVP) of Sales and Marketing for Compellent, a start-up in 2002, his team helped them achieve profitability and a listing on the NYSE in 2007.   As EVP of Sales for Xiotech, revenue increased from $5M to a run rate over $100M in just 2 years.  During his tenure as President and CEO of XATA, the organization achieved INC’s List of 100 Fastest Growing Companies and he led an IPO for a listing on NASDAQ.  Dennis also brings extensive channel management experience, having deployed both direct and indirect distribution models for numerous technology providers.  He was a member of the executive management team (CEO-President-COO) for two leading national VARS, has served on IBM’s Dealer Advisory Council and has had executive management and sales experience in image management during his tenure with Anacomp and Datagraphix.

Harry Labana

As AppSense CTO, Harry works with senior members of the technical team to lead the company’s strategic technical direction; working with customers, partners, analysts and eco-system partners to drive the AppSense vision and to evangelize user virtualization to the global technical community. Harry is also chairman of the Office of the CTO at AppSense, where he leads a team of senior technical managers in forming the product strategy.
A recognized expert in desktop virtualization, Harry joined AppSense from Citrix, where he was vice president and chief technology officer for the Citrix Desktop Division; responsible for driving and communicating the company’s overall technology direction and product strategy to both internal and external audiences. Prior to Citrix, he led the global engineering and architecture division for desktop and application virtualization at Goldman Sachs, where he advised clients, research analysts and internal bankers on trends and investment opportunities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic systems engineering with honors from the University of Manchester in the UK.

Reza Malekzadeh

Reza brings solid enterprise software marketing experience to Nimbula. Previously, he was Senior Director of Products and Marketing at VMware in EMEA, where he was responsible for all marketing activities in VMware’s second largest theater. Reza had re-joined VMware in June 2007 following its acquisition of Akimbi Systems. He had previously been employee #10 at the company, fulfilling the role of Director of Marketing from 1998 to 2002. Prior to joining VMware, Reza was Vice President for International business at Akimbi Systems where he drove significant international growth, including sales, marketing and channel operations. Before working at Akimbi, Reza co-founded Twingo Systems, which he successfully sold to Cisco Systems in 2004. Reza holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Strategy from HEC in Paris.

Rosen Sharma

Most recently, Rosen Sharma served as the Chief Technology Officer of the Systems and Virtualization business unit at McAfee. Mr. Sharma joined McAfee as part of its acquisition of SolidCore, where he was President and CEO. Prior to Solidcore, Dr. Sharma co-founded several technology companies: Ensim in June 1998, VxTreme in 1995 (acquired by Microsoft in 1997), Stratum8 in 2000, and GreenBorder in 2001. Dr. Sharma's roots are in technology. He received his Ph.D. and was on the computer science faculty at Cornell University. Prior to that Dr. Sharma received his B.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where he was awarded the President's Gold Medal.
